Why banks suck
Banks suck because they don’t co-operate. I have a cheque that we received for a project, that is of sufficient size that my bank needs 15 days to hold it to ensure the sender of the funds wishes me to have them.
When I want to transfer money to anyone I know who banks with my credit union, I just type their account number and BANG….the money is there. With XML, SOAP, Web Services and PayPal….why are we still writing cheques?
I think our government and the bank of Canada need to get with the times. I’ll write you the code for your financial system for free if you agree to never charge me income tax again.
